The Load Booster is inserted between the Keithley and the device under test with the Keithley current range set to 0.1A and used in remote (4 wire) sensing mode. The Load Booster effectively expands the IV testing current range.

9072S is a small 1/8m scanning monochromator. The 9072S uses plane gratings 30mm x 30mm in size and utilizes a Czerny Turner optical configuration. The 9072S is designed to be used with single channel detectors or connected to another 9072S to form a double additive or subtractive system. The base 9072S system has a triple grating turret which is computer controlled. 4-grating turret is optional.

Gratings and Grating Holders (120-8512) are sold separately.
The 9072S is compatible with SS80 and SS84 adjustable slits and SS-F fixed slits. Comes with the adjustable slit.
