The PMUX-P is configured for sequentially measuring through up to 16 segments of segmented electrodes, e.g., of a fuel cell. For that application, a PP series potentiostat or an EL series electronic load is used for loading all segments except the one which is measured. The measurement is done by the internal ZENNIUM potentiostat. The software carries out sequential measurements through all segments of the fuel cell. With one PMUX-P these are up to 16 segments. Up to 4 PMUX-P modules can be stacked for a total of up to 64 segments. Both, the PP/EL and the ZENNIUM potentiostat have to be connected to the PMUX-P.

The PP242 is a 4-quadrant power potentiostat designed to apply and sink high currents up to ±40 A at a voltage range of up to ±5 V (max. power output 200 W).

For medium power applications, the PP242 is used as an extension of the ZENNIUM series potentiostat. Most electrochemical techniques which can be performed with the main ZENNIUM potentiostat can also be carried out with the extended power potentiostat PP242 setup.

Besides an extension, the PP242 power potentiostat can also be used in stand-alone mode for standard DC measurements i.e., charging/discharging of batteries. Zahner's new Zahner Lab software controls the potentiostat during stand-alone operations.

The Zahner's power potentiostats can be incorporated in a Python lab environment and can be used as stand-alone or in multi-channel configurations. A GitHub repository with examples is available for developing Python applications.

-Power extension of ZENNIUM potentiostat for battery, fuel cells, or electrolyzer stack measurements
-Possible integration in a Python work environment
-Standalone operation for simple DC measurements

The SCI-MO reference cell is a robust PCB-mounted solar cell with an active area of 22 × 7mm. The SCI-MO is intended to be used as a reference monitor for determining solar simulator sun level. These reference cells are calibrated for 1 Sun AM1.5G using a Sciencetech Class AAA (ASTM E927-19) solar simulator. Two calibration values (Isc) in mA/Sun and mV/Sun are provided. The SCI-MO is used as the reference cell in PTS-series instruments.

Readout options for the SCI-MO require accessories. They are:
Current (in mA): in no load mode, requires a source meter (such as in SSIVT-series current-voltage measurement systems) to read out.
Voltage (in mV): in loaded mode, requires a simple voltmeter/multimeter (such as MULTIMETER), or a source meter (such as in SSIVT-series current-voltage measurement systems) to read out.
Suns: in no load mode, requires SOL-METER to read out (using current, an integrated load resistor, and a pre-loaded calibration value to display Suns).

Readout accessories, such as SOL-METER, MULTIMETER, and SSIVT-series instruments are sold separately.

The reference cell can be switched into loaded or unloaded mode via a surface mounted switch on the top of the detector PCB. A calibration value is provided for each mode of operation.
A disconnectable 1.2m long cable assembly with 4 color coded banana plugs is provided with each device.

The SCI-MO reference cell is RoHS compliant.
