(XLH) Medium Power Light Sources, 500 W - 1600 W, Xenon, QTH

All Sciencetech XLH lamp housings feature a configurable and upgradeable housing capable of being operated in the vertical or horizontal position. Each housing comes with adjustable base plates for both configurations, allowing easy alignment of the lamp to the rest of the optical system.

Power and communication are supplied to the housing via a single cable connected to the touchscreen power supply, allowing users to easily and neatly set up the system. A safety interlock prevents power being supplied to the housing while the cover is open, protecting users from electric shock or unwanted light exposure.

This lamp housing design accommodates light sources from 500 to 1600 W, with a range of options for light source and back reflector shape. Options with a spherical reflector (XLH-S-options) require output optics to be used. See the SLCOL/IO product to select the compatible optics of your choice.

Each system includes the lamp housing, power supply, and lamp.

Light Source Options:
- XE500 - Xenon, 500 W
- XE1000 - Xenon, 1000 W
- XE1600 - Xenon, 1600 W
- QT1000 - Quartz Tungsten Halogen, 1000 W

Reflector Options:
- Spherical - for high-quality collimated or focused output, requires SLCOL output optics.
- Elliptical - for efficient focused light output, F/2.5.

A wide variety of collimated or focused output optics is available for use with the XLH-series, allowing a full range of sizes, materials, and coatings for optics to best suit the requirement. A wide variety of accessories is also available, including downward-facing stands, optical intensity feedback, and more.
