We hereby confirm that the goods supplied by Sciencetech Inc. qualify as originating under the rules of origin set forth in the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA), as outlined in General Note 11 to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS). As such, these goods are eligible for preferential treatment and are exempt from the additional duties imposed on certain Canadian-origin products under HTSUS subheading 9903.01.14.
