TC-1000-120 is a compressor-refrigerant recirculating liquid chiller rated at 900W @25°C liquid & ambient. Chiller control is based on one of four configurable temperature set-points, including the option to lock liquid to ambient for avoiding condensation or to an external K-type thermocouple sensor (not included).

Coolant flow rate, temperature, and reservoir level are monitored.

The Sciencetech SSIVT-REF single element silicon detector is designed to be used for monitoring and verifying the Sun level of solar simulators. The SSIVT-REF detector is used effective in sensing wavelengths between 190 nm and 1100 nm and is calibrated at Sciencetech against a NIST traceable calibrated reference cell. The SSIVT-REF detector can be used with Sciencetech SSIVT measurement system or Sciencetech SOL-METER solar power meter. A motorized 6 position filter wheel capable of holding 25mm (1") filters (either square or circular). The filter wheel connects via USB 2.0 to a computer (USB cable included). The filter wheel software includes a stand alone application but also includes development examples for integrating the filter wheel with LabView or C++ software.

Neutral density wire mesh filter, transmitting a percentage of incident light, mounted in an FT style holder. These filters are robust to high-powered applications (such as solar simulation), do not affect the non-uniformity of the target, and transmission is spectrally flat. AM0 simulates the solar spectrum just outside Earth’s atmosphere, where there is very little atmosphere-related absorption of solar radiation. This is generally used for space applications.

AM1.5D simulates the terrestrial solar spectrum on the ground when the sun is at a zenith angle of 48.2°. It includes only direct light from the sun, and not the diffuse light that is scattered by the atmosphere. As a result, this filter simulates the direct radiation which reaches the ground.

Please note that for some simulator models the same filter is used to supply an AM1.5G spectral match. Purchasing separate AM1.5G and AM1.5D filters for the same model simulator may not provide a different spectrum.

If the filter is not intended to be used with a Sciencetech solar simulator, the product line "None" may be selected, but the spectral output cannot be guaranteed when paired with a non-Sciencetech source.

Grating for use with 9040, 9490, and 9150 monochromators (including imaging, single, and double monochromator configurations). A grating holder is included with each grating, compatible with the grating mount. Gratings cannot be removed from their holders once installed, the grating-holder combination can be removed from the grating mount in the monochromator.

Grating size options for the 9040, 9490, and 9150 series are:
64 × 64 mm
84 × 84 mm
102 × 102 mm

For single monochromator configurations, please select one grating. Additional gratings can be purchased to cover different wavelengths.
For double monochromator configurations, please select a quantity of two identical gratings. These gratings must be the same for the double monochromator configuration to operate correctly. Additional gratings can be purchased to cover different wavelengths, if purchased in pairs.

The SCI-MO reference cell is a robust PCB-mounted solar cell with an active area of 22 × 7mm. The SCI-MO is intended to be used as a reference monitor for determining solar simulator sun level. These reference cells are calibrated for 1 Sun AM1.5G using a Sciencetech Class AAA (ASTM E927-19) solar simulator. Two calibration values (Isc) in mA/Sun and mV/Sun are provided. The SCI-MO is used as the reference cell in PTS-series instruments.

Readout options for the SCI-MO require accessories. They are:
Current (in mA): in no load mode, requires a source meter (such as in SSIVT-series current-voltage measurement systems) to read out.
Voltage (in mV): in loaded mode, requires a simple voltmeter/multimeter (such as MULTIMETER), or a source meter (such as in SSIVT-series current-voltage measurement systems) to read out.
Suns: in no load mode, requires SOL-METER to read out (using current, an integrated load resistor, and a pre-loaded calibration value to display Suns).

Readout accessories, such as SOL-METER, MULTIMETER, and SSIVT-series instruments are sold separately.

The reference cell can be switched into loaded or unloaded mode via a surface mounted switch on the top of the detector PCB. A calibration value is provided for each mode of operation.
A disconnectable 1.2m long cable assembly with 4 color coded banana plugs is provided with each device.

The SCI-MO reference cell is RoHS compliant.
