(9490-3G) 1m High Resolution Monochromator, Triple Grating Turret

The 9490 is Sciencetech's longest single path length monochromator with a 1 m focal length. Under optimum conditions with a 2400 l/mm grating it can achieve a resolution of 0.01 nm in single pass mode. This version can accommodate 64 x 64 mm, 84 x 84 mm, and 102 x 102 mm gratings for an aperture of f/13. f/9.7, and f/7.4. This model of monochromator accommodates up to 3 gratings, allowing the user to automatically scan over all 3 gratings through software control. Please note that this product includes one slit, but does not include any additional slits or a grating, these must be purchased separately.
