This SMA Fiber Coupler mates a Sciencetech Beam Condensing Assembly to the input end of an SMA fiber such that the light collected is focused into the SMA fiber tip with great efficiency. The SMA Fiber Coupler screws onto the output end of the Beam Condensing Assembly. Once screwed on, the input tip of the fiber bundle is positioned at the output focal spot for optimum light collection. There are two flange sizes of the Fiber Bundle Coupler available to match the 1 and 2 inch diameter sizes of the Beam Condensing Assembly. Please note that the SMA Fiber Coupler should not be used on its own without the beam condensing assembly as otherwise the light collection efficiency from the light source will be very low.

This is a room-temperature detector for use with the SPS-300. This includes the DTGS detector with a mounting flange, but requires the use of a dual-phase lock-in amplifier (sold separately). Sciencetech's wideband detector design comes packaged in a mounting flange compatible with our SPS-300. It is connectorized to be powered directly from the Stanford SR-810/830 type lock-in amplifiers with a detachable cable. The spectral range is limited by window selection. This detector comes with a HDPE window standard.
