(LASI-36) 36 LASI Units

A system of 36 LASI units. Each LASI unit illuminates up to 0.5x0.5m with a filtered xenon short arc lamp producing 6,000K illumination.

Non-uniformity is not tested, and typical values are quoted.
LASI units are tested for spectral match compliance to ASTM E927-19 AM1.5G class C and temporal instability compliance to ASTM E927-19 class A.
LASI units include one high-quality 1.6kW xenon short arc lamp per unit purchased.

Each unit includes an integrated single-phase power supply with a touch screen interface that requires 220VAC. Systems can be operated remotely through Sciencetech PowerControl software. C++/ Python control is possible with an additional SciencetechCOM module. Labview control is possible with additional SciAX module.

In certain applications a single LASI may be used on its own. However, LASIs are best used in arrays of multiple units, as the optical performance improves when the light from multiple units overlaps.

LASI units have a mounting flange but do not include a stand to hold the LASI unit. LASI units are intended to operate vertically facing downwards. See the brochure for additional product information and available accessories.

Power requirements: 200-240 VAC, 12.1 to 9.0 A per unit.
